Among the important poets of the nineties, he is one of them. In the beginning of his young age as a poet, it may be compared to as the gracious rays of the down, he began to bloom in composing poems. He could have acquired the sympathy, favor and encouragement from the contemporary predecessor poets as a whole. He was sympathetically accommodated in their galaxy.

Too much experiment in writing poems, Quamruzzaman did never try. Intellectual discipline in his means precession of thought and adequate relations of unique happening to its place in his natural schemes of things, he produces for the reader’s mind and thinking.

He is such a poet who can distil his amazing sense. He is not so gawky in nature. He thinks poems are a game of knowledge and thinking. He is also romantic in his own style. He does think poetry not as a myth but the history of natural and social legendary phenomena. He observes the sorrowfulness in deception among the oppressed from far off the solitary village to the vicinity of the urban area and to the ghettos. He is loved as the folk’s poet from the palace to the but of a cobbler.

The rhythm of the poem, the fine lyric, the dramatic character, the expressive phrases, the distinctive rhyme and idyllic themes. That these confined popular appeal with true artistic merit. These qualities make his poems to get a certain high place in honored, treasured lyrics perse in his vernacular- Bengali.

He is not less than the great artists who employ the symbolism to convey the profound thoughts among general mass. He hypnotised the reader or the admirer by the charming words like a garland sitting the flowers in accordance to their fragrant and beauty.

Quamruzzaman bloomed in the Maternity Hospital, Azimpur, Dhaka on the 11th March, 1966. His father A.T.M. Sharfuzzaman was Public Relations Officer under Government, a poet and highly respectable person in the society. His mother, Nurjahan Begum was also an NGO worker, having taken keen interest in arts and as an artist she was known. She often composed folklores and a Patron of this culture. They were county people and their village home is in the village of Ulukandi, under Banchharampur P.S. in the district of Brahmmanbaria which is renowned for being the home district of the world famous musician and Ostad Late Alauddin Khan. The tastes and temperaments of the Parents, the early domestic environment, the literary and milieu in which he grown up, and his own reading, all contribute to his making and conditioning his work when takes to writing.

Contemporary many poets agreed that Quamruzzaman is not of the ninety’s only he has already jumped over the boundary of that and entered into the phase of immoral time limit.

Some of the renowned poets of South Asia such as Poet Al-Mahmood, Poet Fazal Shahabuddin and the elderly Indian judicious Poet Nirendra Nath Chakrabarty have opined about his artistic ability of selecting the words of eloquence giving if the colour of human perceiveanance. He has taken part in all the movement of poetic culture as a precursor.

Up to this day he has published eleven nos. of books in the form of various poems his several poems have been translated and published various Language. As an young poet he obtained the Government Aid in 1995, Tangail Library authority granted laurel to him. In 2006 he gained laurel of Bangladesh -Scout’s “Agradut” at its 50 years completion ceremony. He achieved Bachelor degree under the Dhaka University at 1990.

He is fond of visiting new places to see the natural phenomena, its culture of the inhabitants and of the respective folk’s lore. He traveled UAE, Bahrain, Pakistan and India also.

For sometimes, he worked as the assistant director of a Bengali film in Bangladesh. Now he is engaged in composing the script, Television Programmer and he has taken the Job as an architect of documentary film as his profession.

In fine he has offered his mind and married of the culture of poems and he has taken shelter under the Canopy of Poems and perhaps he will now avoid it till he meets his enemy.
